Craft and Home Business Fair

The Craft and Home Business will be open to the public on Friday April 27th from 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a. m. until 4:00  p. m.

In conjunction we will have a Bake Sale, Lunch will be available. Come by, shop and have lunch in the Parish Center gym.

This is a parish fundraiser so please come and support the participants in this event.

2012 Immigration Conference is Postponed

The 2012 Immigration Conference at St. Thomas More Parish/Avila University has been postponed until Friday, June 29th, from 9:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. at Avila University. If you are already registered, you will remain registered. Please call 816-756-1858, ext 532, to reserve or cancel your reservation.

Congratulations to Our First Holy Communion Recipients

As a parish we would like to express our
sincere congratulations to the children who receive
their First Holy Communion at the 10:00 a. m. Mass
this weekend. They have prepared for a year in the
Parish School of Religion (PSR) under the guidance
of Madge Moore, who also heads the Parish School
of Religion.

The last class this year is Wednesday, May 5th.
The Parish School of Religion (PSR) classes will
begin again in the fall when school starts. If you
would like to volunteer for this ministry call the
office.
